Project-Based Delivery
Over half of the work we do is delivered on a project-basis. Our projects are managed by Impact Group’s Partners or Senior Management Consultants, who provide thought-leadership, experience, methods, program / project management, and business / technical skills to the table. They bring out the best in others while focusing on achieving successful results. This means that we:
Bid on projects via a statement-of-work that includes work breakdown time and schedule estimates

Staff Augmentation Services
We provide highly-skilled Consultants that are professional and personable, recognized and valued for their ability to understand and focus on each client’s real business issues, on an hourly, staff augmentation basis. These Consultants cross the entire software development spectrum, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA Analysts. Our consultants have Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or Waterfall development experience, and many have a combination of these.
